Clean, easy access

This was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end. I booked my first unit online without having to speak with anyone! I enjoyed that because why make something more difficult if a few clicks online will suffice? My second unit, I called to make certain I was getting an interior unit and they were more than helpful. The units are clean, well lit, and secure. Closing out the smaller unit was a simple phone call as well, with an emailed receipt. Super happy with the entire transaction and retaining the larger unit!

Roy Morgan is very friendly and informative , got me through the process of getting me the proper unit for my needs. Could not be easier.

Owner was very nice. No items were damaged upon move out.

Very simple process. Unit was covered with ice and snow that took some time to remove in order to open the unit but I'm not sure there is any cost effective way for you guys to address that issue so I'm not mad about it.

Friendly and accommodating

I worked with both Roy (the day I dropped by to inquire about a storage unit) and Steve (the day I contracted a unit). They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.They guided me as to what the correct size unit was for my needs, gave me a tour of the facility and then showed me the actual unit that was available. The facility is immaculate, well lit at night and very secure. Highly recommend!

I initially spoke with Roy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time, answered all of my questions and personally showed me the space I was interested in. I went back several days later, and Worked with Steve to contract the storage unit. Steve was also a pleasure to work with. In addition to terrific staff, the facility is immaculately clean. I would highly recommend Moose Crossings to a friend.
