Staff was kind very helpful with the size of unit I needed. While I was asking a lot of questions on the phone so that in turn made the rental process smooth I was in and out with seeing the unit and all paperwork in 30 minutes.

Dave the Store Manager accommodated me even though I arrived at 1:55pm and I had him there later than the office was supposed to be closed at 2pm. He was thorough in the on boarding process to inform me of everything I needed to know. I have been in customer service my whole 30 year career as a District Manager and Dave went above an beyond for me. He is a great asset to your company.

Quick replies and easy set up/loading

I was not able to keep my original date to get my storage unit, and they still held it for me!!! I am so thankful! Moving can be stressful, but they help ease the stress a little
