The facility and each individual working there was amazing. 10/10 recommend!I feel they need more folks in finance on the weekend. They had a busy day and the wait for finance was super lengthy. Once meeting with him, he was wonderful, but we did wait an exorbitant amount of time for that.Customer service is top notch! I truly didn't think this dream was attainable and Erik for what he could to make it happen.

Would have strongly preferred an earlier time, but there weren't many slots available for before we went on vacation.It was several hours after the inspection results came over that the oil change was completed, with no explanation of why it took so long.I marked the wiper blades down as needing replacement and told the advisor that it was because they were making a clacking sound and weren't clearing the windshield. The inspection showed the blades were fine, and when we got it back, the problem was even worse. It is now a significant hazard that rain isn't being cleared from the driver's side.Settings were not returned. Wasn't washed. As far as I can tell, no one even looked at the wiper issue other than to say the blades looked fine.I still don't know if the wiper blades were replaced or if anyone tested them out. I had to chase someone down to ask about the brake noises.Someone started to check me in, but then handed me off to another guy when he came back, and I had to repeat everything.

Great place to purchase a new car and they treat you like family!Staff was amazing and facility was well maintained!
