Head advisor explains thoroughly and communicates properly, at least a couple of times will reach out or will give a text(not sure if it is automatic?) regarding where they are at during the service of car. Whoever I had did nothing of the above. Only good thing is that sales was able to process the charge of our 4-tire change and alignment and I got my car back, half an hour after the service center closed.Not sure when it was done, never received messages or voicemailsWould expect for double checking that advisor is communicating with vehicle owner properly.Checked out by sales dept not serviceAsked for phone number. Did not call or text about car being done. Service area closed. Have not had this issue in at past appointments, and the time on google is wrong for service hours.

Everyone was friendly and I felt welcome at the facility my salesman Lance Clark was great. I was pretty tough on him during the negotiation because I knew what I wanted and what price range I needed but he handled it pretty well. I made him redo the paperwork three times before I was satisfied. He was very friendly and courteous, he did a great job at making me feel at ease.

Good and courteous communication. Please ensure that all parts that need to go home with the customer are in the car/trunk so that they don't wait for parts to be shipped after 4-hours of long distance driving. Thank you.Sales person and manager are courteous. Good communication and negotiation to find a win-win solution

Was told that they were not extremly busy and turn around time should be fairly quick. Took almost a month from the time I dropped off till I got it back.Took longer than expected to get back to me and was not cleaned properly in my opinionI wish they would have taken the time to clean the inside of my windshield. It had overspray or dust or something on it and is hard to see out of when sun is shining. I will need to clean it myself when I get time.There is always room for improvement

There are zero amenities. If someone is going to be waiting for a hour or more there should be something offered for free and no a vending machine. I don't believe there was even coffee.If the service advisor is the fellow who worked on my car. I didn't speak with him.After service my car started doing weird things, like the automatic window on the driver side didn't work initially. The heat/AC fan would speed up and slow down by it's self. If this was to be expected it would have been nice if someone would have explained it. They also never reset the maintence clock properlyDid not go over the work that was done or explain what was done. Also did not explain if that part would need to be replaced in the future and when about that would occur.Service staff are very nice and professional
