I purchased my Outlander used from another dealership. When my check engine light came on a month after my purchase I was told they couldn’t diagnose or service my car there and told me to take it to a Mitsubishi dealer and my warranty should carry. All of that was beyond frustrating and stressful. I called the service department at Mossy and spoke with Sam. He was able to get me in the same day for the diagnosis. Sam took such amazing care of me and my car from that first phone call on. He dealt with the warranty company, put me in a loaner when they realized this was going to take longer than anticipated and kept up with excellent communication every step of the way. I won’t be going anywhere else for service and future purchases after the outstanding customer service and genuine care I received here.

Check-in went smooth. They already had most of my information ready to go. Along with answering all my questions I was kept informed every step of the way the customer service was phenomenal.
