Again, I think that the entire team works well together to assist customers in a timely manner and to get the job done well for the customer. I have noticed that since the new year that prices for many things (e.g., oil changes, other services) have gone up quite a bit. I understand the need to stay competitive in the marketplace, but want to remind the dealership to keep in mind that the economy is not growing at the same pace right now. Perhaps there's a way to decrease repair costs and make up for it in volume or other ways. A place to look.When it comes to the upkeep on my car, I love working with the team members at Mossy Mistsubishi Escondido. The team has several advisors including Marissa, Ricardo, Avery, as well as others and they're all knowledgeable and professional. It's typically the case for me that I mostly work with Avery. He's not only understanding, but takes the time to listen to my concerns about technical issues that may arise with the car and works with me regarding my budget to ensure I'm getting the most value I can for the services.
