The times were fineNaNaDidn't look up the TSB I was asking about and charged me a 75 dollar brake inspectionI brought my vehicle in to have a TSB address with my brakes making a slight noise, they charged me for a brake inspection and said that my pads and rotors are worn and need to be replaced for almost 1000 dollars, I said no, I brought the car home and inspected the brakes myself they are almost brand new and the rotors are perfect, I bought new pads and compared them to my original pads and they are almost identical. I lubricated the brake clips and tested the vehicle and the noise is gone.Was not given a receipt until a few days laterHad to pay for my Lyft as the dealership only offers 15 dollars for a ride.

Your service people didn't seem to know what date my car would be repaired. When they did they had different dates out of two different people. I recommend coordinating so that the customer is only informed as to one date.Again I was told two different times the first person told me later in the week then I got a call from a young man on Friday saying oh your car will be done on Saturday when the earlier call had told me Wednesday of the following week. I work not easy to schedule when the car is 2 hours away.I had two different service providers, one when I dropped the car off and gave me a rental car and I was told to bring that car back with a full tank of gas. I took it to the car wash and had it cleaned expecting that my car would have been treated the same. It was not. The pickup service technician needs Improvement on their skills.I've already provided comment on this issue. Car was returned dirty sitting outside I had to ask for the keys stood in the service line for 30 minutes. If this wasn't the only service provider available I would go somewhere else.How about returning a car clean. Vacuum the floors at least in the front seats and maybe run it through the car wash one time.I had to call and ask when the car would be ready.

Made for 8am and it appears the time means nothing. My time is very important especially on the weekends. Wasted basically my whole Saturday and they couldn't even complete the diagnosticsNeeds some serious management helpTook All day and it wasn't even started til much later in the day when I had an 8am apptSo disappointed. I don’t think I will ever purchase a Mitsubishi again. Worst service of any new car that I have ever owned.Wanted me to bring my car back on a weekday but I have a job and work on the weekdays and Mitsubishi is the only manufacturer that does not provide loaner cars while warranty repairs are taking place. Totally insane horrible service

A clamp had to be specially ordered because they didn't want to change out the hose, which also had to be special ordered. No clamp in stock seems rather odd.Car wash should be part of the service not extra.Wasn't able to select my routine service. Oil change wasn't a selection.No call back when parts came in. So, it was inconvenient having to speak with the parts department and explaining the situation, then having to schedule my service.

No carwash nor did they vacuum the inside. i would have to pay extra. this should be a courtesy service considering paying dealer set parts and services.I wasn't able to select "oil change" in the system.Was told I would be getting a call back when the parts came in. I never received a call back. I had to call in to schedule an appointment which was an inconvenience after I was already took time off to service my car but had to come back.
