The service advisor who assisted me was excellent. I think his name is Richard or something. He was very helpful and friendly.Your scheduling website doesn't work. Every time I try to schedule, there are never any dates available. The date selector doesn't work. So, I have to contact your service department to schedule an appointment. It's very frustrating and time-consuming to call and wait for someone to answer.Other than having issues trying to schedule, you guys do a great job

First, scheduling my service appointment was simple. They had the day and time available. Next, the service advisor was friendly and the process took only a few minutes.I chose to wait. It took a little over an hour which is very reasonable. The waiting area provides coffee. It is quiet and clean.They have made a huge improvement to the service check out process. My advisor came to way .. I paid and she walked me to my car. They always wash my car! Love that! Great job MOSSY!Fast and friendly
