As I mentioned before, Son was really great. Not pushy. He was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel any pressure from him whatsoever. And I really feel the pressure from car salespeople. So overall it was just a great experience and we love our new car.The sales process was very easy, direct and transparent. Son was really great. Great delivery of the product and patient and easy to work with. He was consistent with his email outreach but not pushy or overbearing. His outreach was just the right amount to keep me engaged and then to eventually come in and purchase.

Thought it was strange that you didn’t have our tire in stock. We only have one vehicle so it left us without a vehicle for several days.

I get coupons in the mail from Mitsubishi but was told the dealership couldn’t honor certain coupons. Just confusing when looking to get services done by the dealership versus somewhere closer to my home

Service visit for a recall notice went smooth and car was returned faster than promised. Waiting area was clean and the provided high-top tables worked out for a lunch while waiting. The service advisor was friendly.
