I don’t know should be a n/a optionIt’s so in-personable now it’s ridiculousThe service is getting more and more distanced. My last service I was told my car is in excellent shape, and that my next appointment should be the basics. That tech was always so helpful and truly, I believe, had my best interest at heart. This tech this time barely spoke to me and then told me I needed 2k worth of work done that was critical… make that make sense I’m a matter of 6 months? I felt like he was trying to take advantage of meThe link originally sent didn’t work and I had to call

Seems to idle much rougher than before, not sure why it not as smooth as before?Maybe have the mechanism of action that takes place during the actual service being performed to understand how and what was being usedCould not understand the exact method of action to what was actually done in the performance of the service wasn’t broken down to the mechanism of action which was used?I asked the associate checking me in the day of my appointment and asked if my car would risk running worse than before and she just asked me why I thought I needed the service, but now I notice it seems to idle somewhat rough

Long wait no loaner car. We live an hour away from home.We were advised that new brakes pad is low, the vehicle is only 27k miles was very surprising. Also, they scratched the wheels.Recall created an issue (I lost my Wi-Fi) when I’m starting my vehicle my Wi-Fi doesn’t come on. My infotainment was actually fine I had no issues until they work on the recall.Wheels scratched.

As I mentioned before, Son was really great. Not pushy. He was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel any pressure from him whatsoever. And I really feel the pressure from car salespeople. So overall it was just a great experience and we love our new car.The sales process was very easy, direct and transparent. Son was really great. Great delivery of the product and patient and easy to work with. He was consistent with his email outreach but not pushy or overbearing. His outreach was just the right amount to keep me engaged and then to eventually come in and purchase.
