The redone waiting area and chairs not comfortable at all. Very cold feeling.

Seating was not very comfortable. Had to go to the bathroom. First stall had no toilet paper, the next one did, but the door would not lock. Mens restroom.

Scheduled a coolant flush & fill service. It was not communicated that the cost of the coolant would be a separate charge than the advertised $99 price of the service.

NAService lights came on a few days after appointment$400 later on services that should have been completed with previous appointments and I suffered financially because of their mistake

I called the night before to cancel my appointment due to something beyond my control, then they called me asking why I missed my appointment

Nothing to comment, I called the service and scheduled an appointment.The dealership is moving away from Mitsubishi cars, and concentrating on reselling second hand exotic sports cars.

I appreciate that the car is washed every time it is serviced. I also appreciated that the office staff offered snacks since I had a 2 hour wait.The staff is always friendly. I like how they tell what services are recommended but don’t push me to get it right away.

When I had the issue I tried to contact Mitsubishi service to come and pick me up where I was, the number they gave me as a road assistance kept me waiting on the phone for around 25 minutes so I was obligated to call insurance. When I bought the car they told me that I have road assistance for 5 years or 100k miles and I didn’t get it.Meghan BrozenecService Advisor5 🌟She helped me all the way!
