still feel out of place with the 'exotic' cars rather than the Mitsubishis I am used to. Fun to look at but I would be more inclined to buy another mitsu if on the sales floor.Nope; just keep mitsubishi customers happy.service was quick. atmosphere is clean. easy to make appointment that fit my schedule.

I didn't know where to take my car to be serviced. Did I need to park it outside? By the service doors? Pull it in?The choice of new furniture was interesting to me. I'm the waiting area closest to the service garage, you had two didn't couches, which limited seating should you have multiple separate families or individuals in there at once; no one wants to sit thigh to thigh with a stranger.Also, while there was individual chairs which are typically favored, all but two were high bar style..... Which doesn't work when you have kids. The two individual chairs were taken (obviously, because those make sense) and no one will want to sit in a chair with their feet dangling or while trying to hold a baby or worrying about your smaller children taking over.The service was quick, easy and friendly. They were also understanding and accommodating when I had to reschedule due to weather.

It's always a quick check in and speedy check out. I've dealt many times with the service manager and he's very helpful and knowledgeable.Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Entire dealership was under construction. The waiting area was in the showroom in front of the door to outside, so not warm!First time ever the car wasn’t washed. Not sure if that was just because of the weather or the new owners.I hope that the new owners will return the level of service to that of Max Madden.Once service phone was answered it was easy to schedule

the part was not in stock it had to be ordered from another state which caused several days in delay for completion of my truck repair. I had to rent a car at my own expense until the parts were available.. the dealership did not have any loaner cars available.the 3 days my car was at the dealership it was not washedTony was phenomenal he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about any concerns I had regarding the work being done the pricing or warranty questions
