Entire dealership was under construction. The waiting area was in the showroom in front of the door to outside, so not warm!First time ever the car wasn’t washed. Not sure if that was just because of the weather or the new owners.I hope that the new owners will return the level of service to that of Max Madden.Once service phone was answered it was easy to schedule

the part was not in stock it had to be ordered from another state which caused several days in delay for completion of my truck repair. Under construction so noisy and not fully appointed. Coffee and snacks were available. Wasn't offered WiFi but didn't need it. Sorry but this is no longer Max Madsen and is not a Mitsu dealership. Not a fan of the 'new' used car lineup.Improvement would be to put Max back to what made it a great dealership and the reason why my family and I have purchased 6 vehicles in the past 5 years from this facility. Where is Jon Shulz? Miss the old group of sales people. Miss the atmosphere........Not liking the new dealership. Prefer to go to a Mitsubishi dealership and not a facility full of high priced used cars. Feels weird when for years it has been a normal atmosphere with new Mitsubishis on the floor. Feel out of place. Service is still a 10 but overall I miss Jon and the Mitsu vibe.
