Under construction so noisy and not fully appointed. Coffee and snacks were available. Wasn't offered WiFi but didn't need it. Sorry but this is no longer Max Madsen and is not a Mitsu dealership. Not a fan of the 'new' used car lineup.Improvement would be to put Max back to what made it a great dealership and the reason why my family and I have purchased 6 vehicles in the past 5 years from this facility. Where is Jon Shulz? Miss the old group of sales people. Miss the atmosphere........Not liking the new dealership. Prefer to go to a Mitsubishi dealership and not a facility full of high priced used cars. Feels weird when for years it has been a normal atmosphere with new Mitsubishis on the floor. Feel out of place. Service is still a 10 but overall I miss Jon and the Mitsu vibe.
