the day we were there you were very under staffed which reflected in my answers about when we first arrivedhad to get out and go inside to look for someone. the first gentleman which at another bay came over and opened door really nice guy. the one that had me sign and made sure we knew what was covered under our 3 rd visit was not friendly at all. justin shinaukt that came and got us when our vehicle was very very nice and asked if we had any questions and he is a great example of customer service
