I have a significant scratch on my driver’s door that I’m not sure if it happened there and I don’t recall seeing it before. The video pulled was after I had pulled in the bay and left. I’ve asked for a video of me pulling my car in and haven’t received a response yet. The video I received has lots of reflection spots from the lights, etc. I’m not saying it happened there but from what I’ve seen in the video footage, I’m not 100% sure that it was there before.Would love follow-up to my request for a video of when my car first arrived, with me driving it.Friendly team

Although the wait lounges are comfortable and accommodating, the actual wait time for the vehicle to be serviced is exhausting.
