Jeremy our sales person was very patient and did a fantastic job from my trade in to helping with keeping payment where I wanted it … he went above and beyond. From what I understand a lot of the waiting time was over communication for my warranty policy & if it covered the repairs I needed. I have a 7yr wrap warranty on my vehicle purchased in 2021.Satisfied in the timely manner it took to return my vehicle once the service for the day had been completed. Unsatisfied that not everything could be handled in (1) day. Inconvenient for those that have multiple day repairs with a regular work schedule.Tiffany was amazing! I wish I had been updated a bit sooner than after 2hrs of waiting, however she made sure she had answers to my questions when I asked. She's always super friendly & very polite!WIFI was great! I was able to answer work emails as best I could.(1) of the parts needed to fix my car needed to be ordered & I will have to return for another visit. This takes extra gas which means more $ out of my pocket for a warranty repair & time away from my busy schedule at my job.Good Service in the garage area.
