The only issue related to changes to the part and installation between the 2024 model and 2025 model that the dealer was not initially aware of. This was resolved.I have been dealing with the dealership in question since I moved to Christiansburg in 2011and have never had any real problems with the service department(s). In my latest purchase I bought a 2025 Outlander PHEV which was a totally new experience for me, being my first partially electric. As with my previous vehicle I wanted a trailer hitch for the vehicle. The parts were ordered however the incorrect parts were received. The service rep for Mitsubishi at Shelor motors that was assigned worked with me until the correct part was obtained and installed. He explained everything that was going on and worked with me as well as a representative from the parts department until everything was resolved. I was extremely satisfied with his support and assistance and the resolution of this matter.
