Can depend on them being honest and wanting to be of service to you in any way possible. We have never had anything but excellent service when having our car there. There get you right in on appointment time and make you comfortable while you wait. Thomas Gallemore is excellent at his job.

Had to call to reschedule twice because they put me down for a different day than I had requested and then rescheduled me for the same day, just an hour later, rather than the day I had originally requestedQuick, helpful, and friendly staff

I feel this visit went well from booking the appointment, drop off, rental car process, and pick up process. All were very helpful and professional.Everything was explained to me in detail so I could understand everything. Tom was nice and very professional.

Being 100% honest the only reason my rating is so high is because of Chris. I had a TERRIBLE experience the first time I came in. Called in the next day & Chris was determined to may sure my vehicle was serviced correctly. His customer service experience has been by far my best experience at Shelor.Chris went far & beyond in customer service.

I was constantly given different reasons for the malfunction, and parts were ordered several times.The reason for my visit was the malfunctioning parking sensors. After more than 5 weeks in the service center and spending $3200, the problem was not fixed. I doubt that anyone even attempted to repair the car.The next day I couldn't start the car in the morning because the battery was completely discharged at the service center.Fix my carI have to wait more than an hour to pick up carMy service advisor Tony Lopez didn't offer me a shuttle, asked me if somebody can pick me up
