Interface could be cleanerAgain, being required to pay for an additional visit to correct a poor job the first time around is extremely unfair. Upon learning that the issue originated from their mistake, the fix should have been complimentary (no parts were needed). I understand it takes time for diagnostics, but the customer should not be the one to pay for the technicians personal negligence.
