It took like 25 minutes which is normally good but things were not doneWhen I told them it was a free oil change and tire rotation I feel they slacked and only did that nothing else

I never got to negotiate the interest rate or trade in valuThis dealership was very accommodating to me. After deciding on an Outlander and driving home, they allowed me to change the next day for another that we had test driven.A little hard to understand actual dealer price and what was considered rebates and incentives.Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating sales people.

Way over priced!Went for a recall but I wanted my vehicle serviced too. My vehicle also needed the 30,000 mile service as well. My total was over $700. Also charged for recall labor!
