Management does an excellent, exceptionally kind and professional job from the top Executive Director to the other staff regarding caring for the elderly needs of the community from transportation and activities to an open door policy bar none. Thank you Jennifer and the staff.

Wonderful caring staff… Always listens to resident concerns and tries to manage an acceptable solution….They truly make the residents feel like they are part of a Mountain View Family.

I thoroughly understand there are other pressing facilities management issues within the structure I don't want to appear to be selfish but I'm extremely upset that it's taken forever to get my front porch light replaced/repaired and a more secure screen door on my front door. It is rather cool to be worrying about opening the window without a screen at this juncture. Not knowing the scheduling of the one key facilities maintenance engineer on site and all the other things he probably has to be involved with really irritates me in my selfish priority for at least ensuring security during the evening hours.

I think they need more community activities and socials now that there aren’t any meals being offered. The meals used to be a big part of everyone’s social time. How about some free classes like painting, crocheting, or book clubs, etc…?How about initiatiing some groups to learn some games like Rummy, Spinner the domino game, and some other board games. We are enjoying the Tuesday-Thursday morning coffee and donuts, but could they implement this for all mornings? And we need to get the word out to all residents. I’ve tried telling as many people as possible about the morning coffee times and many did not know we’re even doing this.

Besides corporate not putting money into the upkeep, they fired rhe entire staff after only a few days of hiring a new person that seemed to cause major animosity amongst the other employees. Residents shouldnt be made to feel like they can be fired as well.

Jennifer Wasik is the glue that holds this community together. She genuinely cares about the residents. She is one of the reasons I continue to live here. It's also good to see improvements being made.

The units could be updated a little bit, I have some problems that really need to be addressed. I think the management has their hands tied and are understaffed. Maybe the owners aren't giving enough money to the help

It’s strange that you would put dining on this survey. Because we have no dining. And I’m still wondering when will it be back in effect.
