I am out of Austin. Texas. Being miles away I had no idea what storage unit I was going to get into. I came across Mr. Storage being in the top 3 on Google search. I meet Ms Cyndy(store manager) via phone call and she was Fantastic. She was willing to work with me considering how far out I was. She was willing to even accept my pod which a lot of storage companies don’t have the storage space. I went to look at the storage on 11/4/21 and it was very clean environment overall. I am glad I made this decision. Thank you so much Mr. Storage

Cyndy, the manager, was extremely helpful. She walked us through all of our options, explaining each one. Then she made sure we understood the contract and our responsibilities. I loved that she took that time so we knew what to expect. Also - she remembered who we were, which made it a great experience! It’s wonderful having customer service like that, because it’s so rare these days.

Very accommodating, units have always been clean. Cindy is super nice & very easy to work with.
