Great customer service!

Quick and easy to establish account. Lady was on top of every question I asked. The facility is nice and a good location for me. I have used many rental storage places over my many years on this earth and this one by far looks to be the best. Still new to them but really good experience so far!!

Cyndy, who worked with us (is she the manager? If not, she should be!) detailed all of our options, helping us understand that we needed a bigger unit than we thought we did. She explained that they are all well maintained and very clean, she really seems to take pride in caring for both the customers and the facility which isn’t seen very often. She remembered who I was and what I needed from one phone conversation and also helped us get the right lock. We were really impressed with the extra benefits of Mr. Storage that she told us about, like the ability to borrow a moving truck for a couple hours, which is very helpful! The cleanliness of the facility was amazing- so many storage places are just dirty and you don’t want to imagine your belongings anywhere near there but Mr. Storage made me comfortable. Overall, it’s the employees who make the experience, and Cyndy made me feel very comfortable with the experience. She walks the facility frequently so I know she’ll catch issues and actively manage situations, which is reassuring.

Office worker was very nice and helpful. Great location to us during our transition. My only complaint was that one day on a walk we got stuck inside and had to have someone who was walking by let us out.

Cyndy, who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She walked us through all of our options, helped us estimate our storage needs, and made us realize we needed a bigger unit than we thought we did. She let us know that you’d expanded recently and that our unit was in the new part, which we like, and that you keep it very clean. We are happy with all the security features and how clean and safe the facility is, other storage facilities seem so dirty. This location appears to be run very well, and Cyndy was so helpful. I would recommend this location over any other storage location simply because of your employee, but also because of how well maintained it is.

Cyndy, the manager, was extremely helpful. She walked us through all of our options, explaining each one. Then she made sure we understood the contract and our responsibilities. I loved that she took that time so we knew what to expect. Also - she remembered who we were, which made it a great experience! It’s wonderful having customer service like that, because it’s so rare these day.
