The manager was very friendly when explaining how things are done at Mr. Storage , which was a warm welcome compared how I am usually treated.

Although my experience was fine, I do feel that the price over my time inflated to high for the service rendered. I feel that some incentives could have been made to customers over time to reflect the appreciation.

This facility is much better maintained than some others, particularly the Glendale facility. Cindy in particular had been a great asset for your company and us. She is quite often out making rounds when we’ve been there and calls promptly if there was billing issues such as when I had to get a new credit card after I was hacked. Overall we had a very favorable experience.
