The agent was very helpful in answering all my questions since I had no previous experience dealing with a storage unit facility. the office at Medford & Detroit Ave. in Toledo needs a ramp for access. Since i am using a walker I needed help getting up the stairs and down again.

Manager is the best! A big part of why I chose this facility. Unit was a necessity but the cost of renting an empty box is horrible!
