Cyndy was amazing throughout the whole process. She made it simple, easy, quick! Also I some trouble with my lock a couple days after getting my unit. She made sure to reach out to me and get the issue with my lock resolve the by the next morning.

I made a visit to the S Detroit property in Toledo, OH. I was kindly greeted by Cyndy in the office area who then took me to look at several units until I found the size that I need. The entire property is very clean, well planned out and appears to be very safe. The registration process was quick and easy. The hours of access to my unit are between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm with a locked gate and access code. I have a great sense of relief knowing I have a safe and clean place to store my things. Would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Our non-profit had a great experience at Mr. Storage on S. Detroit. Cindy, the Office Manager, was always quick to answer questions. The facility was clean. We always felt safe. 5 stars!

Everyone was kind facility was clean easy access. Moving supplies were there that was needed.

Hours are great. Only reason moving out is our rent increased too much and we are moving out of the area.
