I was impressed with both the location and the staff at this Toledo Mr. Storage. Your manager (Cyndy?) was extremely thorough in explaining all of our options and helping us figure out what we would need. It turned out we need a larger unit than we thought we would need. She also let us know about all of the security in place which we really liked. I appreciated the time she took with us, her attention to detail, and the fact that she remembered who I was from a previous phone call. Most people don’t provide customer service like that so she really stands out and above other places we called. The cleanliness of your facility and the grounds was extremely encouraging as well, and I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends because of the service we received.

I had 3 car's that I needed to store while the roof on the building I own was replaced last summer. I had used your site on Glendale Ave before. I felt that the car's I stored were safe and secure.
