It was wonderful. Desiree was so helpful in helping me with the process. She made this move of my house items so reassuring. Very professional. This was a new experience for me. I would definitely refer her and Mr. Storage.

I was having a really bad day and the Lady that assisted me was so helpful and very kind. She answered all my questions showed me examples of what I was looking for.

The service lady was polite and prices fair. Didn't take all day.

When I came in I was satisfy of how above and beyond she went with showing me different sizes and when I mention about the 1 coupon I have but wasn't with me at the time she took the time out to ask and try to see if she can give me a discount. She was very patient with me and so very helpful. I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend referring someone to this storage.
