I have had a pretty good experience. The storage unit was clean, the lock is easy to use. It’s easy to access with my car and close enough to the ground that it isn’t terrible to place heavier items.

Great customer service at locations, Glendale , Reynolds road. I used this storage facility twice. Never had a problem. Clean and easy access to unit. I used the free truck option to move my items. I was very grateful for that extra bonus. It really helped me out. I recommend using Mr. Storage. I felt very comfortable using Glendale location. Thank you again!
