The increase in rental cost that is too high in my opinion

I chose this apartment for its convenient location and nice layout. It’s a unit that has some recent renovations and looks very nice. I also liked the option to have a washer/dryer and that each building had its own parking area.I also enjoyed meeting Olivia the property manager. She has been very attentive and she’s been quick to respond to concerns I have.I would love to give a higher score but unfortunately, it looks like there is no sound insulation in the apartment. I can clearly hear all conversations from the neighbor below and the footsteps sound like pounding and can be felt throughout the apartment. For example, this morning I woke up at 2:30 am when the neighbor came home and could hear their toilet flushing.I would highly recommend to a survey of noise in the buildings. I don’t know if it’s an issue in just my building (2374) or if other buildings have this too.It is a significant amount of noise and unfortunately it will impactOther than that, I think the apartment is nice!

Dog poop every where. Lack of snow removal from slips and falls. As a dog owner myself, just tired of people not picking up the dog poop. Major issue for me

Convenient location, close to places and areas I frequent. Like the townhome unit and have plenty space. Good location to walk dog

Resident leave dog poop everywhere. I feel the rent is too high for what is offered.

Quick maintenance team. Although he needs someone to help him. He cant do it all. Safe. Quite building. Great neighbors easy access to work and all other shops. Quite neighborhood
