Location, rent, and size of unit. I didn't need a lot of space because I'm one person and I didn't want to continue driving for an hour or so every day. The fan in the bedroom is also a nice touch. The apartment is perfect.

I can get a two bedroom townhouse for the same amount as this apartment. The parking situation is worse. And my neighbors are inconsiderate. Unfortunately o want my son to stay in this school district.

I am just arriving, but in truth, not even in comparison with other places where everything is rented, remodeled and it is the ones that led us to make the decision to lease between appliances and onwards.

Very well kept property and homes. A+ communication and customer service with staff. Becky is the best!

Every year the rent raises ridiculously higher. It’s either one hundred dollars or one hundred and plus dollars being added.
