Cleaning the community areas like stairs, hallway, floors, elevators, laundry rooms need to be improved. Blgn 4, the stairs on first and second floor are always dirty.

Some young boys and girls are ruining our community. They stay by the park area, use bad words while our kids are there. They draw dick pics on the table. It’s saddening now.

ZERO STARS! Staff failed to provide any instructions about returning keys when moving out and charged us extra days for rent. They only told me on the last day just before they closed the office and they were closed for the weekend. During my multiple visits to the office to sign papers, NO ONE said anything about returning the keys. I explained the situation that we moved out as promised and I thought that since maintenance have access to our unit, they will make sure we have left and they will replace the lock anyways. Staff irresponsibly said you didn’t return your keys so we have no way of knowing you moved out. If it was THAT important then why didn’t you simply tell me?? They decided to charge me 3 days of rent when the unit was already empty and we were not living in it. If they had just TOLD me this would happen, I would have returned my keys with no issue. NO ONE said anything about keys during my multiple visits to the office. Highly incompetent and very disappointed, we have been living here for more than 16 years with no missed/late rent.

Der arbeiter was sehr nett and good-natured, Homa, you have a bad law, when you promise someone until you get a negative answer, you should not sign a contract with someone else, I came and said that I will come tomorrow, I will sign a contract, Homa tomorrow, you gave it to someone else.

The place isn’t clean.Trash is the view from my window and the kids are horrible. There was a trash can in the park at one time and now, it’s just gone. Leaving the ppl to throw trash everywhere. The constant changes to the parking policy have been horrendous. I couldn’t have guests in my home for 2 yrs. The laundry facilities are trash. The company blames the apartment and the apartment says it’s the company. The bottom line is the clothes aren’t being cleaned. The machines don’t have a proper amount of water for cleaning.The towing company is egregiously corrupt and you stand by them. You don’t demand fair and equitable treatment of your tenants as their client.I was moved into a filthy unit and had to issue many complaints before it was fixed. My refrigerator went out while away from home and all of my food was bad. Nothing was replaced. The constant changes in staffing shows instability and the lack of responsiveness is uncanny at best. The phone is rarely answered and the staff is always giving out misinformation or misleading messages. I was told that my 17 year old licensed driver could not have a parking pass with the new policy although she’s had a pass with the previous policy because she was 18 years old and on the lease. I explained that she’d be 18 in 2 weeks and he said well this is the policy. After reading the policy completely, I challenged the information. Then it became clear he wasn’t knowledgeable about the policy. This is time consuming and VERY frustrating. I’d like to live in my home, pay my rent, have company without having to purchase a printer and rules/guidelines that are normal for humans.

I’m pleased with my apartment and management and the service
