Towing is ridiculous. No guest parking still is ridiculous. We were told to put stickers in back window initially now you say we can be towed if sticker is not in the front. My sticker doesn’t even stay in window. Scared to get my car towed for no reason parking is back in order. Should be allowed to have guest park in our assigned spots at the very least. That is our spot.

My family and I spent years growing here. The impression was given that our track record of never having rent issues even during the pandemic was overlooked. Communication of the exiting process was like pulling teeth to get answers. The contracts contradict each and there are addendums that supersede others. It’s very cluttered. We told great stories of growing here but not as good stories to others about leaving.

The office personnel was very kind and understanding

For years office staff have been rude, unprofessional, unkind, unhelpful and lack knowledge. No drop box or after hour availability in a low income working class property.
