Y’all didn’t do anything but argue with me so I had to call the owner of the home to get it fixed. And like I tried to explain to Kerrie, it’s not the dryer because the dryer is brand new out the box not used. The electrician that Cathrin sent out is who fixed the problem in the fuse was burnt out from here going forward. I would only be reaching out to the homeowner to get things fixed in this home.

The owner did a good job as far as getting the broken concrete out of the driveway, but he did not dispose of the concrete so I got two piles of broken concrete on either side of my driveway, but it is much better. I don’t think they’ll be any damage to cars.

Respond to texts and phone calls when we have questions about the work that’s being done at our homes. Give us a heads up that somebody’s coming to dig a giant hole behind our duplex. COMMUNICATE. .

Muldoon Associates had a prompt response time and the process was simple and uncomplicated. The maintenance man however should have realigned the hole when replacing the lock so the auto-lock function could work properly.

We wanted to follow up regarding today’s service visit. The technician called multiple times, waited on site, and even had his office attempt to reach you. Unfortunately, he was unable to get in contact with anyone, so he had to leave the situation as-is. Please let us know the best number and time to reach you so this doesn’t happen again.
