Our Realtor agent took the time to ensure that we found the right house for our needs and desires. He walked us through the application process and then through the house ensuring that we didn’t have any un-answered questions or concerns. He never made us feel rushed or that he had another client that he had to run off and work with them.

Property manager met us on move in day and toured house with me. He made a list of items that needed to be fixed on the property. None of the items on the list have been addressed

Move in was exceptional. A bit disappointed that issues identified during the prior tenants move out were left unresolved (taking the former tenants comments in a note at face value). Other than that everything was smooth and I look forward to the issues being resolved quickly.

Talking to someone was not easily accessible. However, online communication was sufficient and things made easier didn’t have to go anywhere just know how to access and input information on line. Glad my daughter can process faster; I am not as fast 🤔🤣👍

Best service so far in the 7 years we have lived in this house. House still has repairs that need to happen. Hopefully once we move out the repairs will get done.
