The service is great. The folks who work at Murdock are very knowledgable and helpful. They pay attention to detail, and follow up to see that all is as expected.

The lady on the phone is rude.He seemed new but was still nicer than the women.They need to make sure it’s the right customer and they need to start signing paperwork before the waiting room because what’s the point of doing it in the waiting room?? The the other people in there know your information..They need to make it the normal thing to do for the papers to be signed before the customer goes to the waiting room.
