I'm not sure why I am getting charged four times for the same thing on the same date. I have paid utilities every month leading up to move out so why am I being charged so much. Also, why am I being issued a cleaning fee? I made sure my entire room and bathroom was as clean as when I moved in.

I left the apartment completely clean

Hi, thanks for the update. However, there is still no clarification regarding furniture replacement fee. All I see listed in the latest document are the deep cleaning charges. Also, why is the cleaning charge for the mattress cover listed separately? I'm wondering if it falls under the deep cleaning charges as well. Thank you.

Things on the pantry were from myHousemates. They left a lot of things. Some other things in the hallway closet weren’t mines. The things in the back of the sofa weren’t mine. The sofa was used and I have a ESA which means I don’t get charged for the damages my cat made. It is normal and usual wear and tear from 2 years. The broom and trash aren’t mines.Things in the laundry closet are not mine. The cooking/baking sheet isn’t mine. Some Stuff in the fridge was left when myHousemates left. The second image in the carpets, was there since I move in.I cleaned the toilet, but the stain of the water line doesn’t come out; it has been there since I moved in.The corner in the bedroom, was also like that when I moved in.The paint fee I’m not responsible for, it is usual wear and tear of a total of 9 girls living in the apartment for 3 yearsI’m not sure what’s showing on the kitchen chairs. I haven’t used those at all.

I dispute the carpet shampooing charge, as I did not spill, stain, or damage the carpet. The chair was property of Muse on Main and was switched with approval from previous manager Tyler. I also don’t believe the bathroom items are mine. Also the pictures of the bathroom that was sent to me are not my bathroom. That is the private bathroom for the master bedroom.

I want clarification regarding the charges listed on my account from 08/04/2026, specifically the $35 Turn Paint Fee and the $5 Trash Removal Fee.I saw that there were three pictures attached to the charges, but the resolution is unfortunately not clear enough for me to understand what specifically resulted in these fees. Could you please provide clearer photos and an explanation of what was considered damaged or requiring additional work?I’m particularly confused about the paint charge. The description says “Walls/Ceiling – Touch Up Paint,” and I’m not sure what this is referring to. Could you please explain what part of the walls or ceiling required touch-up painting and why this was considered a chargeable condition?I also want to point out that when I first moved into the room, I contacted your office about the condition of the room because it was not clean at all. At the time, I was told that the room had probably been vacant for a while and that as long as the furniture and other items were not broken, the condition would be fine. I have kept the room in good condition, and I believe it is actually significantly cleaner than it was when I originally moved in.Given that, I’m having difficulty understanding why I am being charged for paint-related work, particularly a ceiling touch-up, when I did not leave the room in a condition that I believe warrants these charges.

In the final move-out statement, I am being charged for cleaning my mattress because they claim it has stains. However, when I moved in a year ago (you can see the date in the image I attached—August 8, 2025), I noticed many stains on the mattress; you can see this in the video below, which I recorded on the day I arrived while testing the mattress's firmness. You can see the stain near my hand.

I got charged for turning in my key late, but I had filled out the moveout form and placed all the keys on my desk in my room the night before. I had called the office the day before move out and was told that I was allowed to just leave my keys on the desk with the move out form and that that would be fine. But now I’m getting charged for turning in my keys late, but they actually weren’t turned in late and I did what the lady in the office had told me to do.

The wall they are charging me to paint was completely free of damage or marks throughout my entire tenancy, as I used that wall for my projector. The photo of the toilet appears to simply show blue water from a toilet bowl cleaning product I used, and I do not understand how this demonstrates damage or a need for additional cleaning. The photo of the drain also does not show any condition that would justify a cleaning charge. Finally, the photos of the shower corners appear to show the same normal condition they were in when I initially moved into the apartment. I respectfully request that these charges be removed, as the photos provided do not demonstrate damage or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

the images provided with the move out statment are not from my room. i have cleaned my room throughly before moving out.
