I am disputing the charges because I have not been provided with sufficient details or evidence to substantiate them.No photo or video evidence was provided showing the specific items or areas that were allegedly damaged or left uncleaned. I would therefore like a detailed explanation of each charge, including:1. The exact furniture/item that I am being charged for replacing, including what damage was identified and why replacement was necessary.2. The specific cleaning charges, including exactly what areas or items were allegedly not cleaned and what cleaning was required.3. Any photographs, videos, inspection reports, invoices, or other documentation supporting each charge. When I attempted to discuss these charges in person, neither the agents nor the maintenance team were able to identify what furniture I was allegedly being charged for. I was told, in essence, that it was uncertain and could potentially have been a drawer or another item in the common area. I do not believe it is reasonable to charge me for an unspecified item when the staff responsible for assessing the charges cannot identify what item was damaged or why I am responsible for its replacement.I also want to clarify that I have photographs and videos documenting the condition of my room and the common areas before I moved out. However, I do not feel comfortable providing my evidence before receiving the specific evidence and itemized basis for the charges being assessed against me. I am requesting that you first identify each alleged issue and provide the documentation supporting each charge. I can then provide the relevant photographs and videos from my records as appropriate.Regarding the cleaning charges, I cleaned my room and the common areas, including vacuuming and mopping, before I left the apartment. Furthermore, to my understanding, two of my roommates continued to live in the apartment after I moved out. I should therefore not be held responsible for the condition or cleaning of common areas after my departure.Based on the above, I am requesting that the charges be reviewed and that I be provided with an itemized explanation and supporting evidence for each charge. Until the specific basis for these charges is provided, I dispute the charges in their entirety.

The dirts shown in the pictures provided in the outstanding balance sheet did not occur during my stay. I vacuumed the room, mopped the floors, did dusting and cleaned the inside of the drawyers and furnitures before leaving. the blue paper inside the closet was not there along with the whitish dirts infront of the bed.

When I arrived at the apartment a year ago, the cleanliness was terrible; two guys were already living there, and the situation was awful—dishes had been piling up unwashed for over a month, the sofa was dirty, and there were stains on the floor from spilled food that hadn't been cleaned up. My room was in a similar state: the bathroom was dirty, and there was grime and dust on the furniture. I cleaned my entire room and gradually cleaned the common areas, but one of the roommates wasn't very cooperative; he would make a mess without cleaning it up and leave dirty dishes lying around. Before moving out, I cleaned my room—leaving it in better condition than when I found it—and tried to clean as much of the apartment as possible, all without help from the other roommates. In fact, the roommate with poor cleaning habits still lives there. It wouldn't be fair to charge me for cleaning or any other maintenance-related fees, given how well I took care of the apartment. About documentation I took pictures when I moving there, but I have not take a picture when I move out.

My roomate's left behind their trash and other belongings when moving out. We all moved out at around the same time.

I was charged for a closet door that was taken off and each of the people who were living there were also charged for it as well. I never moved in or picked up my keys to that room or building so me and the other people living there had zero access to that bedroom so it would've been impossible for us to step inside and damage the closet door. Whoever the previous tenant that lived there before I was supposed to live there damaged it and we are being charged for it even though the damage wasn't created by us as we had absolutely no access to the room at all.

The soundproofing is poor; some roommates make a lot of noise in the middle of the night, and the activity room offers no sound insulation whatsoever. And something’s it may leak hot water and some times water pressure is insufficient.

I sent a note yesterday about another resident at Muse on Main in Pullman, WA writing on my daughters car and the management offices unwillingness to do anything about it. I received a follow up note from the office yesterday and yes they basically said there is nothing they can do. However, I found out this person specifically wrote "someones upset" on my daughters car - which means the office knows who it is and spoke with her because my daughter never has. But yet they won't do anything further about it, nor will they give my daughter any video or information so that she may contact the police. This is utterly ridiculous, it is vandalism and my daughter is paying to be in secure parking spot in your business.

My daughter lives in Muse on Main and pays for parking as well. She has reported on multiple occasions that another resident time and time again writes on her car. The management office either claims that the cameras are not working or they are unable to download the footage from the garage. I do understand there is limited liability; however, this is blatant and intentional vandalism from another resident and management should be managing this appropriately. My daughter has a good idea of who it is, she has never parked in this persons parking spot, never touched her car, and frankly never even spoke to her before - she just goes about her day. This is ridiculous and the management company should be doing something about it, immediately.
