I truly appreciated the attention to detail, courtesy, and punctuality shown throughout my visit. Both employees went above and beyond expectations and did an excellent job clearly explaining what needed to be done, as well as what had been completed.Both of the team members I worked with during my visit were excellent. Kole and Logan were both professional, helpful, and very easy to work with throughout the entire experience.

It was partially resolved. No one has bothered to contact me about why tires were not recommended this time when they were the last time. I do not trust the results of the inspection of my vehicle that was supposedly done. This should have been mentioned, but instead, the sales guy tried to recommend transmission service that I already had done previously to try to get money from me dishonestly.

Parts weren't avaliable, but one part arrived and the technician installed it.
