What I needed done took longer than I expected.Someone left something in the floor where I was sitting. It was some sort of a strap. It had laid there for a while before I even got there. The service advisor thought it was mine. The "amenities" consisted of a few cups, some coffee pods, and a coffee pot which were all disheveled. I didn't see any sign offering Wi-Fi. The seating area was small and cramped. I didn't like that it lacked privacy, especially when I requested to "privately" speak to the manager. I didn't want to broadcast my concerns to any and everyone around in the dealership. There was one sign that directed where to go for service, but no clear instructions on which way to drive to get to the service desk.I had to request to speak to the manager, so obviously, the service advisor made me angry. I don't trust that a thorough inspection was done because last year, one service person recommended we get new tires and this visit no one mentioned a thing about tires being needed. It seems like a money trap to me and a dishonest one.I had to make seating and mirror adjustments to my vehicle. My vehicle was not clean where the service people had been in it.You need to train new employees better. The service advisor I encountered tried to sell me transmission service I had already had done the previous visit without even looking at my service history. It took the manager I spoke with to catch this, and it never should have happened in the first place had the guy been trained appropriately. I was very disappointed and my trust level has definitely been lowered with this service department. However, the manager was very nice and considerate, and he assured me it wouldn't happen again.Nothing was available when I needed it. I had to schedule my appointment later than I wanted/ needed due to lack of availability.Same as I have already explained. The guy who greeted me was pushy.

Service time and customer service was great. Only critique I have is that I had to come back because you were out of stock of serpentine belts.Really friendly service that feels like they truly care about you as a person. Will work with you to meet your needs.
