Everyone the day I bought it and a week later when I came back with questions about items like the seatbelts being lowered or the in car phone charger was very friendly and helpful. Heaven is just so easy to talk to and very helpful.Heaven was wonderful to work with as my sales person and even after I bought the Outlander continues to be.

My only issue is the tires seem to have flat spots, maybe due to sitting.Very friendly. Didn’t belittle me. Worked with my budget.

Please get rid of the ai phone answering system. It is annoying. Cuts you off, talks over you, and does not work.Cole and Logan are the reasons. excellent customer service

There was some confusion about 0% interest

Mitsubishi used to have your cars washed when brought the in for service. They should go back to that courtesy service.I purchased 3 Mitsubishi cars and service has been great.
