Staff was ALWAYS pleasant and the facility was well maintained. Never had an issue in three years with insects or rodents. Overall a great experience.I had moved out of the area.

The rent went up unexpectedly and pit me over the budget I had set aside for this storage; if that didn’t jump up 20.00 more dollars then I may have continued.I had very little left in my unit and could use the funds spent for another expense I have accumulated..

Held on to original staff, like Kelly. She was upbeat, friendly and always responsive when we had questions. Upon departing, we got someone new who didn't seem to want to be there and seeemed that we were a bother.Transition to a new home.
