The rent went up unexpectedly and pit me over the budget I had set aside for this storage; if that didn’t jump up 20.00 more dollars then I may have continued.I had very little left in my unit and could use the funds spent for another expense I have accumulated..

replace lightbulbs and spray inside empty units for bugsVery convenient location and at the time of booking they offered move-in discount for 3 months. I liked the exterior driveup to load and unload. Unit was 14' ht, we sprayed for bugs as there were creepy crawlers coming in from other nearby units. The light in the unit did not work and we were told they would need multiple units to rent a scissor lift to change the bulb. Had the unit for 9 months while home renovation took place. Storage rent increase 2x during that time period. The contract states that you must provide 30 days notice but the manager said to clean out the unit before the end of the month. No real advance notice required. When I moved out near end of the month of June, I went to front office and they stopped autopayments.

Held on to original staff, like Kelly. She was upbeat, friendly and always responsive when we had questions. Upon departing, we got someone new who didn't seem to want to be there and seeemed that we were a bother.Transition to a new home.
