Price increased significantly from when unit was originally rented. Large amount of rodent droppings in unit upon move out.Moved to Magnolia area and found same size unit for a better price.

I was unclear that I needed to remove the lock - I didn't know it was 'mine'. I gave a 30-day notice. Then when done, I blew it out after it was emptied before the 1st of the month. Then I got billed a few days later. I was unplealy surprised. I asked for it to be refunded, but nobody has called back. It's pretty frustrating!I own a small business and we were between locations.

As a 100% satisfied customer, just encourage them to maintain their current level of great customer service!!It was a short term storage, but was a great experience with the whole team, definitely if in the future need an storage this facility will be my first choice.

Stop raising your price every 6 months. Everyone is cheaperVery expensive! Management very rude. I was there and ended up paying $200. For the smallest non climate controlled unit. I’m going to post on the website next.
