Even though I went through a private lender to secure funding, I was still required to provide a lot of very personal information including social security number, salary information, etc.Multiple buildings and brands. Had to walk to the different buildings to find out contact.The interior front windshield had water drip marks, the EV portion of the vehicle was not charge and completely empty, they didn't get the second key of the dealer they traded with so had to work through that process and the extent of the features was setting up the app on the phone which he had to call someone to help. We were teaching him how to put up the 3rd row seat, etc.I believe the biggest issue with the dealership is training and communication. Sales rep was definitely not trained to sell these vehicles and didn't understand the features, especially the EV portion. Communication was mainly initiated from the customer side to find out the status of the vehicle, setup pickup time, find out where the second key was, etc.They worked with us to find us the vehicle we wanted, however, their knowledge of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV specifically was limited which made it a challege to learm about the vehicle, the features and how they work, and even more important how the EV portion works. They need some education to make the customer experience better. The extent of the education on the new vehicle when we picked it up was setting up the app on my phone.
