I was not told the part needed to be ordered and I would have to come back. I was on my way home (1 hour drive) when I realized the touch screen still was not working and had to call in order to find out why.

He mistakenly told me that the remote app was free for life. It was discouraging to get an email about the subscription. I asked 2 or 3 times if he was sure because all the other cars we had looked at charged. He also forgot to get insurance for us and we drove it off the lot without coverage. Other than those two things he was awesome. Stayed extra hours to help us. Let us drive the car with and without. Stayed late to show our son a different car. Good stuff.

They were willing to work numbers a couple times before and after Gap numbers applied. I was treated kindly and these 2 were smart savvy guys that were down to earth, helping things make sense.Brad and Mike FM worked well together to answer questions and work numbers to fit my budget and gave time to think through these items.

A new process for pulling your car up for checkin and taking it out needs to be configured. Whether the door is widened and two lanes are painted or something. I have never been at a location that entrance and exit are the same place.Daniel was a pleasure to talk to and work with.Fairly, there was one advisor and two customers ahead of me. Their cars were pulled up coming out of the entrance, so I was confused on how to get in for my first appointment. It would be nice to update the checkin process with a tablet to click in for scheduled appointments that you have arrived, it takes a quick photo, then have a seat for them to come get you when they are done helping others.Easy to schedule, quick, nice advisor, comfortable waiting area.
