I actually stayed longer than I expected. My experience could have been better with the people from the call center. They were rude and not willing to help and had poor customer service skills. But the reason why I overlooked that was because of the manager on site. I was at 1923 North Sam Houston pkwy site. I don’t know her name but she is manager there. A small white lady, she was the greatest. She was always so helpful, friendly, caring and kind. Any issues I could have had she was more than willing to assist me step by step. She is the reason why I stayed and the reason why if I ever needed a storage again I would return back. I want to thank her so very much for showing me the best customer service I have seen in years.I moved into my home.
