Charles was awesome in taking care of me. He explained to me what was needed in prioritized order. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he moved expeditiously in getting my car to the back.

Pleasant experience as usual. I was given an estimated completion time for service and updated on a regular basis. The wait area was comfortable with complementary refreshments, WiFi and television option. Aaron was great as usual and my Viking Fan friend that checked me in as well.

Chris Pugh was Awesome! Ryan was Awesome! I didn't have to wait all day to deive off in a Vehicle. They're very organized, professional, and personable. They made sure I was comfortable and informed me on every step. This was the best Experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Chris and Ryan!Acura RDX 2024
