Excellent customer service. Rob told me he had not been at Acura Nalley service center but for a very short time, but he treated me like he had been there a lifetime. Extremely friendly and professional. What a great GUY! I will be back soon and will specifically request Rob. Thank you, Rob, for all you do and thank you to the guys and gals in the back that take time to wash your car and the one guy up front that greets you (sorry I cannot think of his name) when you pull up is extremely nice and professional as well.
