Dana made my trip to Acura as pleasant as it could be. He greeted me with a smile and calmed my nervousness on what could possibly be wrong with my Acura RDX. He checked on me while and waited and sent me home in a loaner because they had not started to work on my vehicle. He called me the next day to inform me of the issue and had it repaired and ready for me before I got off work.

My integra was in for service with delayed parts availability. Nalley Service had provided a loaner RDX for the duration. Rather than wait for completion of repair I opted to trade for a new RDX. Both the sales and service teams worked to ensure my satisfaction. I felt fairly treated and both teams expressed empathy at my situation that is rare in business today.
