Loved the lift option

Service was great, as usual! The only “wrinkle” in my experience is when my car was returned to me, there were dirty/greasy handprints on the inside of the driver door and on the driver seat. The interior is tan, so it was quite obvious. I had just cleaned and conditioned all the leather two days prior.

The time I waited wasn’t too long, so that was good. The price for the service is too high. $85 for an oil change is too much, especially when I can get this basic service done at a local service center for between $50 - $55.

Salesperson Martin Rand was wonderful

Dana walked me through what to expect from the appointment and showed me the waiting room.

I got what I came for.

Communication was great, wait area was clean and stocked with water and snacks.
