Great experience as always. Quick and friendly

My service issue was resolved while I waited in the lounge area. Ed Wilkey kept me updated on what was going on with my car and provide me with service recomendations.

The visit was fine, Dana was very professional and the service required was preformed. I’m just baffled somewhat on how every time I get a service done and the inspection can find problems but never the one issue I’ve been inquiring about since the air conditioning compressor was replaced.

Dana was terrific. They did a full analysis of our Acura MDX and recommended some brake pad replacements along with the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated that and quickly accepted the recommendation. Got some free coffee and snacks, too, and had a comfortable place to sit and wait.

Aaron and Quami were both personable and knowledgeable. They made the experience exceptional with their attitude, attention and going the extra mile.

Service technician did a very good job explaining my question about things the mechanic said pertaining to my vehicle. I do feel that a lot of things were recommended. But wasn’t necessary to be done. Things were recommended pertaining to the age of my vehicle. But my mileage is very low and should have be factored in when making recommendations.

It was a pleasant and good experience.

Vehicle was repaired; battery warranty was honored.
