I wasn’t a long wait, so I was happy about that, the chairs in the waiting room are uncomfortable, everyone is nice though.. the washer is awful.. the at is rinsed not clean.. but staff wise I’m always happy.. facilities seems sub par for the brand

Excellent. Service advisor well versed on technical issues with concerns regarding various transmissions and frequency of service. This also includes the inspection of my 2004 Acura MDX Touring with tow package and excellent condition of vehicle.

I’m always excited to see Ed. He thought roughly explains all issues and gives me realistic timelines on how I should move forward with repairs. I appreciate his transparency and honesty.

Timely service—love the coupons really helpful in these inflationary times. Not really a complaint but I had to tell the service person abt the coupon—do they not know what coupons are available?
